Summary

Create a new section of KRS Chapter 218A to require that pharmacies collect data on persons picking up prescriptions for a Schedule II to V controlled substance on behalf of a patient; require data to be reported to the Cabinet for Health and Family Services; require data to be shared only with those permitted under KRS 218A.202.
