Summary

Amend KRS 158.070 to permit a school district to adjust its calendar to keep schools open on the days of a regular or primary election if no school in the district is used as a polling place; allow a district to schedule election days as instructional days or make-up days for purposes of recouping instructional time missed due to weather-related, safety, or health emergencies or other disasters.
