Summary
Amend KRS 342.650 to include certain ministers and caretakers of a church or religious organization with employees who are exempt from workers' compensation insurance; apply the provision retroactively to citations issued after July 1, 2014, and specify that insurers do not have to return premium to insureds described in subsections (9) and (10) of Section 1 of the Act.
