Summary
Create a new section of KRS Chapter 61 to prohibit the use or download of TikTok on any state government network or any state government-issued devices; direct the Commonwealth Office of Technology and the legislative branch to implement controls to block access to TikTok on state government-issued devices and on any state government network; permit the judicial branch of state government to implement its own ban and restrictions of TikTok; EMERGENCY.
