    A CONCURRENT RESOLUTION to convene a Joint Session of the 117th General Assembly of the State of Indiana.

Be it resolved by the Senate     of the General Assembly

of the State of Indiana, the House of Representatives     concurring:

    

    SECTION 1.     That a joint convention of the Senate and House of Representatives be convened, to meet in the Chamber of the House of Representatives at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday, January 10, 2012, to receive the Governor's message which will be given in compliance with Article 5, Section 13 of the Constitution of the State of Indiana and the President Pro Tempore is directed to appoint a committee of four members of the Senate and transmit this resolution to the House of Representatives and report to the Senate such action as the House of Representatives may take.
