Bill Title: Kidney early evaluation fund. Establishes the kidney early evaluation fund, and annually appropriates $50,000 to the fund. Distributes money quarterly from the fund to the National Kidney Foundation of Indiana (foundation) to administer the Kidney Early Evaluation Program (KEEP). Requires the foundation to submit an annual report of expenditures from the money distributed from the fund.
