    SECTION 1. IC 22-5-1.7-6, AS ADDED BY P.L.171-2011, SECTION 16, IS AMENDED TO READ AS FOLLOWS [EFFECTIVE JULY 1, 2013]: Sec. 6. As used in this chapter, "public contract for services" means any type of written agreement between a state agency or a political subdivision and a contractor for the procurement of services.
