Synopsis: Fire protection district per diem. Increases (from $20 to
$100) the maximum amount that a member of a fire protection district
board of fire trustees may receive for each day devoted to the work of
the district.
Effective: July 1, 2011.

A BILL FOR AN ACT to amend the Indiana Code concerning local
