Bill Title: School corporation capital projects funds. Provides that money in a school corporation's capital projects fund may be used to pay for the purchase, lease, maintenance, or repair of maintenance vehicles. Provides permanent authority for a school corporation to use money in its capital projects fund to pay the costs of insurance and utilities. (Under current law, this authority extends only through 2015.)
