Bill Title: Use of personal body cameras by police officers. Allows a law enforcement officer of a police department (department) of a county, city, or town (unit) to use the officer's personal body camera in the course of the officer's official duties. Provides that a personal body camera recording is not a public record unless the law enforcement officer provides the recording to the department.
