Bill Title: Social worker licenses. Creates a bachelor's degree social worker license. Provides an exception from the social work and clinical social work license requirements for providers who are contracted by the department of child services and meet certain requirements. Provides that individuals who pursue a social work license with a bachelor's degree may apply under existing requirements and use clinical social work experience hours until July 1, 2019. Allows individuals who: (1) have at least two years of experience; (2) meet certain requirements; and (3) apply before July 1, 2018; to be granted a bachelor's degree social worker license without taking
