Bill Title: Ephedrine and pseudoephedrine. Changes the amounts of drugs containing ephedrine or pseudoephedrine that a pharmacy or National Precursor Log Exchange (NPLEx) retailer may sell and that a person may purchase without a prescription. Provides that a person who purchases the statutory maximum amount of over-the-counter drugs containing ephedrine or pseudoephedrine may obtain additional drugs containing ephedrine or pseudoephedrine with a valid prescription or order of a practitioner.
