Bill Title: Plan commission executive director. Provides that: (1) the county executive may appoint the executive director of an area plan commission; and (2) if the county executive does not appoint the executive director within 45 days of a vacancy in the position, the area plan commission may appoint the executive director. (Under current law, the area plan commission appoints the executive director.)
