Bill Title: Small school grants. Reestablishes a small school grant for school corporations having a current ADM (average daily membership) of less than 2,400 and a complexity index of at least 0.1. Appropriates from the state general fund an amount sufficient to make the grants for the 2015-2017 biennium.
