Bill Title: Appropriates $71,000,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department on Aging for funding for an additional $1.70 per hour to be paid to vendors of homemaker, chore, and housekeeping services in the Community Care Program for the purpose of increasing, by at least $1.00 per hour, the wages paid by those vendors to their employees who provide homemaker, chore, and housekeeping services. Appropriates $6,100,000 from the General Revenue Fund to the Department of Human Services for similar funding purposes for the Home Services Program. Effective July 1, 2013.
