Bill Title: Amends the Accident and Health Article of the Illinois Insurance Code. Provides that every policy issued, amended, delivered, or renewed in this State on or after January 1, 2025 shall provide coverage for the domestic partner, child of the domestic partner, sibling, parent, or live-in family member of an insured or policyholder that is equal to and subject to the same terms and conditions as the coverage provided to a spouse or an insured policyholder.
