Bill Title: Amends the Radiation Protection Act of 1990. Provides that the requirements in provisions concerning limitations on the application of radiation and accreditation of administrators of radiation shall not apply to an advanced practice registered nurse licensed under the Nurse Practice Act administering radiation to a human being through a fluoroscope. Effective immediately.
