Bill Title: Amends the Freedom of Information Act. Provides that records of any investigation by a law enforcement agency into a crime described in the Homicide Article of the Criminal Code of 2012, if the act occurred less than 80 years before the date of the request, are exempt from disclosure. Provides an exception to the protection from disclosure if the act was alleged to have been committed by a law enforcement officer.
