Bill Title: Amends the Criminal Code of 2012. Exempts from the provisions of the Eavesdropping Article of the Code, using an eavesdropping device for the purposes provided in an individualized educational program ("IEP") or as a reasonable accommodation under Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973 or the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990. Effective immediately.
