Bill Title: Amends the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act. Removes a requirement that a person who promotes, organizes, or provides retail selling space for concessionaires or other types of sellers at the Illinois State Fair, DuQuoin State Fair, county fairs, local fairs, art shows, flea markets and similar exhibitions or events must file a report with the Department providing certain information about the merchant's business. Effective immediately.
