Bill Title: Amends the Employee Credit Privacy Act. Requires a consumer reporting agency that prepares an investigative consumer report, as defined in the Fair Credit Reporting Act, to provide upon request and without fee a copy to the consumer. Provides that the disclosure is intended to supplement the Fair Credit Reporting Act and provide greater protection to consumers.
