Bill Title: Amends the Criminal Code of 2012. Creates the offense of aggravated criminal trespass to real property. Provides that a person commits the offense when he or she knowingly enters upon the land of another without permission of the owner or occupant with the intent to take any game species regulated under the Wildlife Code. Provides that a violation is a Class A misdemeanor. Effective immediately.
