Bill Title: Amends the Fire Sprinkler Contractor Licensing Act. Defines "fire pump assembly". Provides that a person or business that seeks a license renewal as a fire sprinkler contractor must provide evidence of at least one fire sprinkler permit legally issued to the person or business named on the application for each of the 2 prior calendar years. Provides that the State Fire Marshal may refuse to issue a license after making a determination that the designated party has a history of acting illegally, fraudulently, incompetently, or with gross negligence. Makes other changes. Effective immediately.
