Bill Title: Amends the Metropolitan Transit Authority Act. Provides that the Chicago Transit Board's rules and regulations may include the suspension of riding privileges or confiscation of fare media. Amends the Criminal Code of 2012. Changes the penalties for aggravated assault on a transit employee performing his or her official duties, or a transit passenger.
