Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Lottery Law. Creates the Lottery Supports Schools Fund. Provides that certain lottery proceeds that are deposited into the Common School Fund shall be deposited into the Lottery Supports Schools Fund. Provides that moneys in the Lottery Supports Schools Fund shall be distributed to school districts based on the district's percentage of lottery sales. Provides that the Act takes effect when the State Board of Education certifies to the Secretary of State and the Illinois Department of Revenue that the amount by which the amendatory Act reduces the amounts otherwise available for distribution under the general State aid formula has been replaced by other revenue sources.
