Bill Title: Amends the Election Code. Provides that each petition or certificate of nomination may include a voluntarily waiver of personal service of process and consent to notice of any objection by registered or certified mail and posting on the website of the unit of local government associated with the proper local election official or, if the unit of local government does not maintain a website, by posting at the principal office of the unit of local government. Makes conforming changes.
