Bill Title: Amends the Unified Code of Corrections. Provides that the rules and regulations on sentence credit prescribed by the Department of Corrections shall also provide for timely notification to inmates that their eligibility for the award by the Director of Corrections of additional sentence credit for good conduct in specific instances as the Director deems proper is being reviewed and timely notification of the decision to award or not award sentence credit for good conduct and the amount of credit awarded, if any.
