Bill Title: Amends the Regional Transportation Authority Act. Provides that beginning January 1, 2010, the Chicago Transit Authority is responsible for and must coordinate the provision of ADA paratransit services within the City of Chicago (now, Suburban Bus Board provides ADA paratransit services within the City of Chicago). Makes conforming changes. Changes the name of the Suburban Community Mobility Fund to the Metropolitan Mobility Fund. Effective immediately.
