Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Insurance Code. Provides that a group or individual policy of accident and health insurance that is amended, delivered, issued, or renewed on or after January 1, 2023 that provides dependent coverage shall make dependent coverage available to an insured's parent or stepparent who meets the definition of a qualifying relative under a provision of the Internal Revenue Code and who lives or resides within the insurance policy's service area.
