Bill Title: Amends the Criminal Code of 2012. Creates the offense of aggravated criminal trespass to real property. Provides that a person commits the offense when he or she commits criminal trespass to real property while he or she possesses a firearm. Provides that a violation is a Class A misdemeanor. Effective immediately.
