Bill Title: Amends the Regional Superintendent of Schools Article of the School Code. Provides that the duty of the regional superintendent to elevate the standard of teaching shall also include the designation as an eligible learning partner in any iteration of the Statewide System of Support in order to provide services to local and other schools designated to receive such services by the State Board of Education. Effective July 1, 2023.
