Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Allows use of saliva testing for the presence of alcohol or drugs for the purpose of enforcement of driving or operating a vehicle under the influence offenses. Makes saliva tests admissible in certain proceedings. Amends the Code of Criminal Procedure of 1963 and Unified Code of Corrections to make conforming changes.
