Bill Title: Amends the Economic Development Area Tax Increment Allocation Act and the Illinois Enterprise Zone Act. Provides that upon the request or approval of an enterprise zone or an economic development area (TIF), the public body shall send all applicable information to the State Comptroller's Office. Provides that a notice of request or approval of an enterprise zone or an economic development area (TIF) shall be posted on the website of the State Comptroller's Office within 5 business days of the receipt of approval. Amends the Prevailing Wage Act. Changes the definition of "public works".
