Bill Title: Amends the State Finance Act and the Central Illinois Economic Development Authority Act. Creates the Central Illinois Economic Development Authority Debt Fund. Provides that moneys in the Fund shall be allocated and appropriated by law to the Central Illinois Economic Development Authority for the purpose of paying the debt service requirements on bonds and notes of the Authority. Amends the Use Tax Act, the Service Use Tax Act, the Service Occupation Tax Act, and the Retailers' Occupation Tax Act. Provides that each month $1,875,000 shall be deposited into the Central Illinois Economic Development Authority Debt Fund in the aggregate from proceeds collected under each of the Acts within Macon, Sangamon, Menard, Logan, Christian, DeWitt, Macoupin, Montgomery, Calhoun, Greene, or Jersey County. Effective immediately.
