Bill Title: Amends the Criminal Identification Act. Provides that the arrest records of a gang member who is under 21 years of age and who has been found guilty of or continued under supervision for a gang-related offense and who has not previously been found guilty of or continued under supervision for a gang-related offense are eligible for sealing upon compliance with certain stated conditions. Amends the Juvenile Court Act of 1987 and the Unified Code of Corrections. Provides that in addition to any term of incarceration that may be imposed by the court and unless the court determines that it has good cause not to impose these requirements, a gang member who is under 21 years of age and who has been found guilty of or continued under supervision for a gang-related offense and who has not previously been found guilty of or continued under supervision for a gang-related offense shall, upon completion of any term of incarceration, be required to fulfill certain stated conditions.
