Bill Title: Amends the Lobbyist Registration Act. Requires a registrant whose client is another registrant to disclose the name and address of the ultimate beneficiary of the registrant's services. Requires a registrant whose client is another registrant to include in expenditure reports the name and address of the ultimate beneficiary of the expenditure.
