Bill Title: Amends the Department of Transportation Law of the Civil Administrative Code of Illinois. Provides that the Department shall form advisory committees in each operating region of the State. Provides that the advisory committees shall be made up of at least one township highway commissioner and at least one county engineer. Provides that the advisory committee shall allow local residents of the operating region to have an input on road projects in the operating region and the Department's Multi-Year Improvement Program.
