Bill Title: Amends the Illinois Vehicle Code. Provides that beginning with the 2025 registration year, vehicles owned or operated by or for a private or public university police department or a private or public college police department, except for motor driven cycles or all-terrain vehicles, may have permanent registration plates for a one time fee of $8.
