Bill Title: Amends the State Fire Marshal Act. Provides that the Office of the State Fire Marshal shall adopt a rule requiring, by January 1, 2012, each business that sells a tank containing liquid or compressed oxygen to an individual for residential oxygen therapy at an address in the State to register that address with the fire department or fire protection district that provides fire protection service for that address. Effective immediately.
