2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
3 | learn of the death of Richard J. Anderson, who passed away on | ||||||
4 | July 2, 2016; and
| ||||||
5 | WHEREAS, Richard Anderson was born in Racine, Wisconsin to | ||||||
6 | Clifford and Shirley (Hughes) Anderson on June 5, 1947; he | ||||||
7 | married Sandi Anderson on October 3, 1979; and
| ||||||
8 | WHEREAS, Richard Anderson worked in the meat department at | ||||||
9 | Walmart in McHenry; he also ran his own business for 10 years, | ||||||
10 | Unicorn Publications, from which he retired; and
| ||||||
11 | WHEREAS, Richard Anderson belonged to the Loyal Order of | ||||||
12 | Moose #691, where he was the past Governor, Legion, Fellow, and | ||||||
13 | Administrator; he liked to golf, fish, and cook and enjoyed | ||||||
14 | spending time with his loving family; and

15 | WHEREAS, Richard Anderson is survived by his wife, Sandi; | ||||||
16 | his sons, Robert (Kerrie) Neumann, Richard (Dawn) Neumann, and | ||||||
17 | David (Sophia) Anderson; his daughter, Michelle (Justin) | ||||||
18 | Bindenagel; seven grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; | ||||||
19 | and his sister, Nancy (Ken) Loesch; therefore, be it

20 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL |

1 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | ||||||
2 | Richard J. Anderson, and extend our sincere condolences to his | ||||||
3 | family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it | ||||||

5 | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | ||||||
6 | presented to the family of Richard Anderson as an expression of | ||||||
7 | our deepest sympathy.
