| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
| 3 | learn of the death of Jean B. Nemcek of Des Plaines, who passed | ||||||
| 4 | away on July 3, 2016; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, Jean Nemcek was born in Kenosha, Wisconsin to | ||||||
| 6 | Alice (Glover) and Edward W. Buell; she was a resident of | ||||||
| 7 | Melrose Park for almost 60 years; and
| ||||||
| 8 | WHEREAS, Jean Nemcek was employed as a registered nurse for | ||||||
| 9 | over 30 years with the Veterans Administration; and
| ||||||
| 10 | WHEREAS, Jean Nemcek was preceded in death by her husband, | ||||||
| 11 | George M. Nemcek, and her brother, Edward K. Buell; and
| ||||||
| 12 | WHEREAS, Jean Nemcek is survived by her son, George E. | ||||||
| 13 | (Julia) Nemcek, and her grandchildren, Brock and Sabrina; | ||||||
| 14 | therefore, be it

| 15 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL | ||||||
| 16 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | ||||||
| 17 | Jean B. Nemcek, and extend our sincere condolences to her | ||||||
| 18 | family, friends, and all who knew and loved her; and be it | ||||||
| 19 | further
