2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
3 | learn of the death of Kevin C. Gann of Gifford, who passed away | ||||||
4 | on November 13, 2014; and
| ||||||
5 | WHEREAS, Kevin Gann was born in Dixon on December 2, 1965 | ||||||
6 | to Theodore and Bonnie (nee Cannon) Gann; he graduated from | ||||||
7 | Dixon High School and married Christina Hesterberg on January | ||||||
8 | 10, 1987 in Gifford; and
| ||||||
9 | WHEREAS, Kevin Gann worked as a warehouse worker for the | ||||||
10 | SuperValu grocery supply chain for 18 years; he most recently | ||||||
11 | worked at Pioneer Hi-Bred (now DuPont Pioneer) for the past 6 | ||||||
12 | years; he served with the Thomasboro Volunteer Fire Department | ||||||
13 | for 15 years; and

14 | WHEREAS, Kevin Gann enjoyed mushroom hunting, fishing, | ||||||
15 | cooking, making jerky, playing Rook, and spending time on the | ||||||
16 | Rock River; and
| ||||||
17 | WHEREAS, Kevin Gann is survived by his wife, Christina; his | ||||||
18 | 4 children, Zachary, Justin, Christopher, and Carla Gann; his | ||||||
19 | parents; his 2 sisters, Sue (Tom) Rick and Dyan (Terry) Mowry; | ||||||
20 | and his brother, Mark Gann; therefore, be it

2 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | ||||||
3 | Kevin C. Gann, and extend our sincere condolences to his | ||||||
4 | family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it | ||||||
5 | further

6 | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | ||||||
