| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
| 3 | learn of the death of James Joseph "Whitey" Messineo of Long | ||||||
| 4 | Grove, at the age of 74; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, James Messineo was the beloved husband of Carole | ||||||
| 6 | Ann (nee Kokavec) Messineo; the loving father of James (Stacey) | ||||||
| 7 | Messineo, Jill Rizzo, and Jennifer (Tim) Noonan; the cherished | ||||||
| 8 | grandfather of Madilyn, Michael, Anthony, and Nicholas; the | ||||||
| 9 | fond brother of John Messineo, the late Gerald, and the late | ||||||
| 10 | Cynthia Messineo; and the dear son of the late Vincent and the | ||||||
| 11 | late Bertha Messineo; therefore, be it
| ||||||
| 12 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-NINTH GENERAL | ||||||
| 13 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we, along with his | ||||||
| 14 | family and friends, mourn the passing of James Joseph "Whitey" | ||||||
| 15 | Messineo; and be it further

| 16 | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | ||||||
| 17 | presented to the family of James Messineo as an expression of | ||||||
