2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
3 | learn of the death of James B. "Jim" Moose of Cleveland, who | ||||||
4 | passed away on August 17, 2020; and
| ||||||
5 | WHEREAS, Jim Moose was born in Astoria to Glenn D. and | ||||||
6 | Mildred B. (Baldry) Moose on October 17, 1937; he married Janet | ||||||
7 | E. Norman in Rock Island in March of 1967; and
| ||||||
8 | WHEREAS, Jim Moose enjoyed skeet shooting, trap shooting, | ||||||
9 | sporting clays, fishing, and golfing; and
| ||||||
10 | WHEREAS, Jim Moose was preceded in death by his seven | ||||||
11 | brothers; his son, Terry Moose; and his grandson, Thomas | ||||||
12 | Carpentier; and
| ||||||
13 | WHEREAS, Jim Moose is survived by his wife, Janet Moose; | ||||||
14 | his children, Ketra Loftin, Sandra Bopp, and David Bopp; his | ||||||
15 | five grandchildren; and his nine great-grandchildren; | ||||||
16 | therefore, be it

17 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDRED FIRST GENERAL | ||||||
18 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | ||||||
19 | James B. "Jim" Moose and extend our sincere condolences to his | ||||||
20 | family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it |
