2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
3 | learn of the death of Rodney D. Randall, who passed away on | ||||||
4 | November 14, 2019; and

5 | WHEREAS, Rodney Randall served in the United States Army; | ||||||
6 | and
| ||||||
7 | WHEREAS, Rodney Randall most recently worked at Walmart; | ||||||
8 | and
| ||||||
9 | WHEREAS, Rodney Randall enjoyed fishing, football, and | ||||||
10 | spending time with his family and friends; his favorite team | ||||||
11 | was the Broncos; and
| ||||||
12 | WHEREAS, Rodney Randall is survived by his fiance, Rena | ||||||
13 | Sweely; his father, George H. Randall Jr. (Nancy); his | ||||||
14 | daughter, Rachael Black; his sisters, Deb Weede (Steven), Diana | ||||||
15 | Woods (CJ), and Marilyn Carter (Mike); his brother, Rickey | ||||||
16 | Randall; his granddaughters, Emma and Alexia Dietz; and | ||||||
17 | numerous nieces and nephews; therefore, be it

19 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | ||||||
