| 1 | SENATE RESOLUTION | ||||||
| 2 | WHEREAS, Dedicated law enforcement civilian personnel, | ||||||
| 3 | including community service officers, records staff, animal | ||||||
| 4 | control officers, and administrative staff, serve the citizens | ||||||
| 5 | of Illinois through providing them with vital public safety | ||||||
| 6 | services; and
| ||||||
| 7 | WHEREAS, Law enforcement civilian personnel are crucial to | ||||||
| 8 | assisting law enforcement in their work to create safe | ||||||
| 9 | communities throughout the State; and
| ||||||
| 10 | WHEREAS, The efficiency of the qualified and dedicated | ||||||
| 11 | personnel who staff civilian law enforcement positions are | ||||||
| 12 | substantially influenced by people's attitudes and | ||||||
| 13 | understandings of the importance of the work they perform; and
| ||||||
| 14 | WHEREAS, Law enforcement civilian personnel serve the | ||||||
| 15 | State of Illinois each day while demonstrating | ||||||
| 16 | professionalism, efficiency, and compassion during the | ||||||
