2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
3 | learn of the death of Rudolph H. Reymann of Elgin, who passed | ||||||
4 | away on April 27, 2015; and
| ||||||
5 | WHEREAS, Rudolph Reymann was born in Chicago to Carl and | ||||||
6 | Anna (Hoffman) Reymann on August 21, 1931; he served in United | ||||||
7 | States Air Force from 1949 until 1953, achieving the rank of | ||||||
8 | staff sergeant; he married Mary Frances Johnson on March 10, | ||||||
9 | 1951; and
| ||||||
10 | WHEREAS, Rudolph Reymann was a founding member of the | ||||||
11 | Highland Shores Rescue Squad in Wonder Lake; he was a trustee | ||||||
12 | for the Wonder Lake Fire Department, where he served as | ||||||
13 | captain; he also served as a trustee in Greenwood Township; and
| ||||||
14 | WHEREAS, Rudolph Reymann was a lifetime member of the | ||||||
15 | Woodstock Moose and a member of the American Legion; he was an | ||||||
16 | avid motorcyclist and an award-winning photographer; and
| ||||||
17 | WHEREAS, Rudolph Reymann was preceded in death by his | ||||||
18 | parents; his wife, Mary; his brother, Heinz Reymann; and his | ||||||
19 | beloved friend, Dee Bordner; and
| ||||||
20 | WHEREAS, Rudolph Reymann is survived by his sons, Gary |

1 | (Christine) and Michael Reymann; his daughter, Debra (James) | ||||||
2 | Gigl; his grandchildren, Shannon Reymann Golat, Garrett | ||||||
3 | (Abbie) Reymann, and Taylor Gigl; and his great-grandchildren, | ||||||
4 | Barbara and Joey Golat; therefore, be it

5 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL | ||||||
6 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | ||||||
7 | Rudolph H. Reymann, and extend our sincere condolences to his | ||||||
8 | family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it | ||||||
9 | further

10 | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | ||||||
11 | presented to the family of Rudolph Reymann as an expression of | ||||||
12 | our deepest sympathy.
