| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
| 3 | learn of the death of Billy Lee Franklin of Gurnee, who passed | ||||||
| 4 | away on April 27, 2017; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, Billy Franklin was born in Hollandale, | ||||||
| 6 | Mississippi on October 21, 1947; and
| ||||||
| 7 | WHEREAS, Billy Franklin is survived by his wife; his | ||||||
| 8 | children; and a host of other relatives and friends; therefore, | ||||||
| 9 | be it

| 10 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE ONE HUNDREDTH GENERAL | ||||||
| 11 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn the passing of | ||||||
| 12 | Billy Lee Franklin, and extend our sincere condolences to his | ||||||
| 13 | family, friends, and all who knew and loved him; and be it | ||||||
| 14 | further

| 15 | RESOLVED, That a suitable copy of this resolution be | ||||||
