| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
| 3 | learn of the death of Mary Lou Nelson of Park City, who passed | ||||||
| 4 | away on June 27, 2013; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, Mary Lou Nelson was born on May 5, 1940, in | ||||||
| 6 | Waukegan; and
| ||||||
| 7 | WHEREAS, Mary Lou Nelson worked as a cashier at Eagle Foods | ||||||
| 8 | and retired after 30 years of employment; and
| ||||||
| 9 | WHEREAS, Mary Lou Nelson was a member of Women of the | ||||||
| 10 | Moose; and
| ||||||
| 11 | WHEREAS, Mary Lou Nelson enjoyed spending time with family | ||||||
| 12 | and friends, music, and dancing; and
| ||||||
| 13 | WHEREAS, Mary Lou Nelson was preceded in death by her | ||||||
| 14 | husband, John Nelson; her brother, Robert Martinez; her | ||||||
| 15 | sisters, Sandy Benn and Alyce Kirkley; and her grandson, Shawn | ||||||
| 16 | O'Reilly; and
| ||||||
| 17 | WHEREAS, Mary Lou Nelson is survived by her sons, Don | ||||||
| 18 | O'Reilly, Jeff (Lisa) O'Reilly, and Shawn O'Reilly; her | ||||||
| 19 | daughter, Cheryl O'Reilly Bluma; her 11 grandchildren; her 7 | ||||||

| 1 | great-grandchildren; and her sisters, Irene Farrand and Arlene | ||||||
| 2 | Maze; therefore, be it

| 3 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-EIGHTH GENERAL | ||||||
| 4 | ASSEMBLY OF THE STATE OF ILLINOIS, that we mourn, along with | ||||||
| 5 | her family and friends, the passing of Mary Lou Nelson; and be | ||||||
| 6 | it further
