| 2 | WHEREAS, The members of the Illinois Senate are saddened to | ||||||
| 3 | learn of the death of Joseph Robert Compell, who recently | ||||||
| 4 | passed away; and
| ||||||
| 5 | WHEREAS, He had been the Village Clerk of River Grove for | ||||||
| 6 | many years and was a member of the River Grove Lions Club, the | ||||||
| 7 | River Grove Nationals, and a Commissioner of the Historical | ||||||
| 8 | House in River Grove, and was a member of the Rhodes School | ||||||
| 9 | Board; and
| ||||||
| 10 | WHEREAS, Joseph Robert Compell was the beloved husband of | ||||||
| 11 | Elaine C., nee Courtney, for 50 wonderful years; the loving | ||||||
| 12 | father of Michael J. (Suzan) Compell and Julie A. (Jeff Bucar) | ||||||
| 13 | Lugiai; the beloved son of
Kathryn, nee
Domkowski, and the late | ||||||
| 14 | Joseph J. Compell; the fond grandfather of
Rachel (Jason | ||||||
| 15 | Chapman) Lugiai, Clayton (Amanda) Compell, and Candice Lugiai; | ||||||
| 16 | the great-grandfather of Zachari, Joey, and Gianna; and the | ||||||
| 17 | dear brother of Jerry Compell and Joyce (the late Bill) Wolter; | ||||||
| 18 | therefore, be it

| 19 | RESOLVED, BY THE SENATE OF THE NINETY-SIXTH GENERAL | ||||||
